  This consists of a survey to the integrity of the building structure and roof construction/water-tightness as per the Outline Survey Report and also includes a survey of all the elements listed below. Comments will be made on the major defects which require immediate attention, possible remedies and approximate costs involved.

A comprehensive and detailed written report covering all structural aspects comprising 10 – 18 pages.
