Although it is not standard practice for French buyers to request a property survey, we are finding an increasing number of overseas buyers, especially from the UK, are realising the importance of a Survey/Structural Engineer's Report to be carried out.
The property is often hundreds of miles from their location in the UK, and construction types and practices completely alien to what they are used to at home.

Survey types provided
- Verbal Survey Report
- Outline Written Survey Report
- Full Structural and Property Survey Report
- To scale, floor plan layout drawings, indicating room sizes, positions of windows, doors and fireplaces.
We can also provide a report to your specific requirements.
On completion of the survey, a verbal report of any major defects is provided within 24 hours. The completed survey report will be sent by email as a pdf file within 72 hours and a hard copy will be posted to your home address.
